Information we collect.
A. Information you provide us
The following information is provided by users:
Registration Information When you sign up for a Lemus Livery account, you give us your name, email address and phone number.
Way to pay. When you add a debit or credit card or any payment method to your Lemus Livery account, a third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information. To keep your financial data safe, we do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Direct communication. If for any reason you contact us directly on our customer service lines, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, the content of a message or attachments that you can send us and Other information you choose to provide.
Driver application information. Anyone who decides to join our community of Lemus Livery drivers, in addition to the basic registration information, we ask for their birth date, physical address, Social Security number, driver's license information, vehicle information, vehicle information car insurance We share this information with our partners who help us by running driver background checks to help protect the Lemus Livery community.
Information about paying drivers. For the purpose of making payment to drivers, we maintain information
about the drivers' bank routing numbers, tax information and any other payment information provided by the Drivers.
B. Information we collect when using the Lemus Livery platform
The following information is collected when using the Lemus Livery Platform:
Location Information Lemus Livery tries to connect passengers with drivers who are relatively close to determine delivery and pickup locations and suggest destinations based on previous trips. To do this, we need to know where each of our users is located. Upon opening the Lemus Livery Platform on your mobile device, we receive your location. We can also collect the precise location of your device when the application is running in the foreground or in the background. If you label certain locations, such as "home" and "work," we also receive that information. In addition to the reasons described above, driver location information and distance traveled are necessary to calculate charges and travel insurance in Lemus Livery.
Device Information. Lemus Livery receives information from the Users' devices, including the IP address, the type of web browser, the mobile operating system version, the operator and the manufacturer of the phone, the application's facilities, the device identifiers, the identifiers Mobile advertising, automatic notification tokens.
Usage Information To help us understand how you use the Lemus Livery Platform and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the Lemus Livery Platform, such as the pages or other content you see, your actions within the Lemus Livery application and the dates and times of your visits.
Call and text information. We work with an external partner to facilitate phone calls and text messages between passengers and drivers who have connected for a trip. We receive information about these communications, including the date and time of the call or the SMS message, the phone numbers of the parties and the content of any SMS message. For security reasons, we can also monitor and / or record the content of phone calls made on the Lemus Livery platform, such as those made between passengers and drivers. You will be notified that your call may be recorded, and by continuing to agree to allow Lemus Livery to monitor and / or record your call.
User comments. At Lemus Livery, we want to make sure you have the best experience when using the Services, which is why both passengers and drivers can rate and review each other at the end of each trip. We receive information about ratings and reviews and although we remove the identification of comments and ratings, we cannot rule out or control that a driver can identify a passenger or vice versa who provided the rating or comments. Driver qualifications are shared weekly with drivers.
Address book contacts. If you allow Lemus Livery to access the address book on your device through the permission system used by your mobile platform, we can access and store names and contact information from your address book to facilitate the invitations and social interactions you initiate to through our Platform.
C. Information we collect from third parties
Thirdparty services. If you choose to register with Lemus Livery or link your Lemus Livery account with the service of a third party (such as Facebook), we may receive the same type of information we collect from you (described above) directly from those services.
Third party partners. We may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data, payment information or fraud detection information, from third parties and combine it with other information we have about you.
General information about drivers. Lemus Livery works with external partners to conduct criminal background checks on drivers, and we receive information from them, such as publicly available information about a driver's driving record or criminal record.
All information we collect is provided by users directly or obtained through interaction with the Lemus Livery Platform, is used for the following:
• Connect passengers with drivers;
• Provide, improve, expand and promote the Lemus Livery platform;
• Review how users use the Lemus Livery platform;
• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for marketing and promotion purposes;
• Customize the Lemus Livery experience for you and your friends and / or contacts;
• Send you text messages and push notifications;
• Facilitate transactions and payments;
• Provide customer service;
• Find and prevent fraud; Y
• Respond to issues of trust and security that may arise, including car incidents, disputes between passengers and drivers, and requests from government authorities.
In addition, we use the information we collect from drivers for the following purposes related to driving on the Lemus Livery Platform:
• Send emails and text messages to Drivers who have initiated the driver request process regarding the status of their request;
• Determine the eligibility of a driver to drive through the Lemus Livery Platform;
• Notify drivers about travel demand, prices and service updates; Y
• Calculate and provide the Lemus Livery car insurance policy and analyze usage patterns for safety and insurance purposes.
How we share the information we collect
A. Share between users
Share between passengers and drivers. Passengers and Drivers who have connected for a trip can see basic information about each other, such as names, photos, qualifications and any information they have added to their profiles. Drivers see the pickup location that the passenger has provided. Passengers see the driver's vehicle information and location in real time when the driver approaches the pick-up location.
Although we help Passengers and Drivers to communicate with each other to coordinate a trip, we do not share their real phone number or other contact information with other Users. If you inform us of a lost or found item, we will seek to connect it with the Driver, which includes sharing real contact information with your permission.
B. Share between Lemus Livery and third parties
External Partners If you connect to the Lemus Livery Platform through an integration with a third-party service, we may share information about your use of the Lemus Livery Platform with that third party. We may share your information with our external partners to receive additional information about you. We may also share your information with external partners to create offers that may be of interest to you.
Service providers. We work with third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf, and we may share your information with those service providers to help us provide the Lemus Livery Platform.
Other sharing. We may share your information with third parties in the following cases:
• When negotiating or in connection with a change of corporate control, such as a restructuring, merger or sale of our assets;
• If a government authority requests information and we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with laws, regulations or a legal process;
• With law enforcement officials, government authorities or third parties, if we believe that doing so is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the community of Lemus Livery, Lemus Livery or the public;
• To comply with a legal requirement or process, including, but not limited to, civil and criminal citations, court orders or other mandatory disclosures.
• With our insurance partners to help determine and provide relevant coverage in the event of an incident;
• To provide information on the use of the Lemus Livery Platform to potential business partners in aggregate or anonymous form that cannot reasonably be used to identify it.
Every time you agree to share.
Subscriptions by email. You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails, however we will continue to send you transactional and relational emails about the use of your Lemus Livery Platform account.
Text messages. Users have the option to choose not to receive commercial or promotional text messages, for which they should only send a text message with the word STOP to (617) 812-7828 from the mobile device that receives the messages. Drivers can also choose not to receive specific messages from the driver by sending STOP via text message in response to a driver SMS. To re-enable texts, you can send a START text message in response to a subscription cancellation confirmation SMS.
Push Notifications You can choose not to receive push notifications through your device settings. Please note that choosing not to receive push notifications may affect your use of the Lemus Livery platform (such as receiving a notification that your trip has arrived).
Profile Information Although your name will always be shared with Lemus Livery Drivers and other shared line passengers, you can remove any additional information you have added to your Profile at any time. Passengers will always be able to see the names of the drivers, the qualification, the profile pictures and the vehicle information.
Location Information While you can prevent your device from sharing location information at any time through the configuration of your Device's operating system, the location of the Passenger and Driver is essential for the Lemus Livery Platform and without it we cannot provide our services.
Data security We are committed to protecting the data of all Lemus Livery users. Although we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.
Children's privacy Lemus Livery is not intended for children, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to eliminate that information. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us on our service line.
